Hideaki Shirane
Hideaki Shirane is the CEO and chief strategist of mct inc. He started mct in 2002 as an innovation service within Daishinsha (mct's parent company). At that time, he focused on how to apply ethnography to enable companies to understand their customers. Hideaki has been a contributor to publications including Hitotsubashi Business Review, Nikkei Information Strategy, Diamond Harvard Business Review. He is a board member of the Persona & Customer Experience Society.
